I have purchased through this dealership for many years and it has always been straight forward, honest and professional in all ways from sales to service. The Peters family have their name on the door and do all they can to insure I am satisfied. The service personnel jump right when I arrive for service and call or text to insure I am taken care of.
I was looking to purchase a Corvette cash from this dealership but Drew York posts cars online that are already sold so he can trick you into thinking something is available when it's already been sold. Shady and I'll take my money elsewhere...I messaged him on a Corvette and when I say it's sold when he has it posted, he posts "lol" like it's a game and funny!

The service department has had my truck 5 days and it hasn’t been put on the rack yet. No offer of a loaner during this time and no returned calls as to what’s going on. Last thing I heard was Friday afternoon they were waiting on the tech to get it on the rack. You need to hire more diesel mechanics perhaps. Bad service here would not recommend them to anyone and I bought my vehicle from them.

If you get your vehicle serviced on the Ram side you better get ready for a long wait! I have had my new Ram 1500 that I purchased from Peter’s Chevy in for the four free oil changes. All four service times were at least an hour and a half and one was over two and a half hours! You would think with a scheduled appointment you would not have to wait this long for service. I have purchased five vehicles from this dealership and love their prices but l will get my truck serviced some where else.

I contacted Clay Swetnam with a crazy thought of trading in a new 4-cylinder Silverado on a Diesel so we could comfortably tow a trailer. Clay had a used 2021 on the lot and went to great lengths to ensure my concerns were addressed, discussed pricing options and the quality of the truck, site unseen (beyond pics on the Peters website). Mechanic tore up transmission cable while installing new transmission. Would not admit it, Orr GMC repaired and admitted what happened! Sorry service!
Dealership did work in timely manner. Got truck back Al recalls we’re done and crankcase filler C/O. But the remote fob will not lock are in lock doors now.
Everyone at the Peters Dealer went above and Beyond giving us excellent service. We turned in a car, purchased a new car and ordered parts from the service department. Our sales person Charles was outstanding! Charles is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and very informative. Randy in finance made everything so simple and quick. The service department was extremely helpful and patient in assisting us to order some extra add-ons for our new vehicle. We would definitely recommend this dealer to all of our friends and family.

Really enjoyed working with Brandon. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, excellent people skills, and while my car was in the shop, he kept me posted on the progress. My only complaint was that my driver-side floor mat was really dirty when I picked the car up.

I recently bought a 2019 GMC 1500 SLT from Peter's Chevrolet and had a mostly positive experience:Sales person Keith gets a 10. Dealership a 10. Inventory a 9. I bought a RAM 2500 Tradesman from Lindsey Roberts. Lindsey made the process very easy to accomplish. She helped me to through the negotiating process until both the dealership and I were satisfied on the final price. There was never any pressure to buy, however, they were willing to work out whatever deal was favorable for both parties. It is a dealership and sale person I would go back to again.
