I deal with Chad in the service department, and he does not respond to customers in a timely manner. Neither does Andrew the manager of the service department brought my vehicle in to have it checked out under warranty for the second time for the same exact code and now they’re telling me it’s something else and told me nothing was covered under warranty so it tells me that somebody’s not doing their jobcorrectly and they’re just the parts on clean the codes and calling it good is what they did the first time this time. I brought my truck in to have it fixed for the same as that code deal chat again and he still does not respond. in a timely manner and then when I do pick up my vehicle, I have nuts and bolts in the cupholder where they took parts off my truck and did not put it back together. This is unprofessional. I will not bring my truck back to this dealership for maintenance for anything

The dealership had my 2024 corvette for nine days. Too long. Ultimately my problem was not resolved ( gas fumes in the trunk ) because of what I am told is essentially a design flaw. Exhaust fumes exit engine bay near the trunk evidently. As it is a design flaw ( my words, not theirs ) the problem continues. The dealership personal were friendly and helpful and kept me apprised of the status of the repair. It is, disillusioning that a six figure automobile causes everything placed in the truck to smell of exhaust fumes. I am 73 years old and have had six Corvettes and loved them but, evidently engineering dropped the ball on my 2024 Z51 convertible.

Dravin took care of all our needs , kept us informed about our Tahoe what was found and not found out. Very good experience when you are not expecting to have a good experience. It appears the truck I purchased was not inspected properly before it was sold to me . So far my purchase has been very disappointing. It feels like the dealership has cut corners to save cost . Thanks Dale Huffman My service advisor has been great .Always helpful . I have never really had a bad experience with the service department, in fact the service department has always been great , and for this reason I have been a long term customer. But I have been very disappointed with how several problems with my truck purchase seems to have been neglected or overlooked possibly for a quick sale . The dealer ship can do better . I will continue to buy from Peters , but I hope I never have a buying experience like this one . I am confident the dealership will fix the issues with my purchase.

Courteous salesman

It was pleasant. They took by vehicle and serviced it right away. The staff were very professional and curious. Jessica kept me informed of the progress and informed me the cabin air filter needed change. Showed me the old one and did appeared to be very dirty. She also suggested I have the engine air filter replaced. I had my vehicle back right away and I was back to business.

The work was good. The extended warranty I was sold at time of purchase vehicle wasn’t what they told me it was good for. Warranty was to cover the same bumper to bumper like factory warranty but that wasn’t so. We had a cracked weld in exhaust. A factory defect that wasn’t covered in warranty. Funny how they never tell you what’s not covered.

Well, I'm still waiting to see how things work out. First, the sales experience was fine, but could have been a lot faster. Our salesman was Eric Bell. Second, our major issue was with the detailing of the car. Whoever had driven the car before had muddy shoes and scratched the front passenger side door and glove compartment, leaving them muddy. the major issue, however, is with the wheels. I did not notice this in the parking lot when we were test driving the car because the it was between other vehicles, but there are black splotches all over the aluminum wheels. I took the car back to the dealership the next day and discussed these two issues with the salesman. The car went back to the detail area. They were unable to remove the stains from the wheels and still did not get the inside clean either. The salesman at first said the stain was from brake dust, but I doubt that on a new car with only a few miles on it. He said they will have to buff the wheels, but the guy who does that only comes in on Wednesdays. And, next Wednesday he will be on vacation. So, it will be at least two weeks before he can buff the wheels. I am also concerned that this might be an ongoing problem. I don't what to have to buff black splotches out of the wheels every time the car is washed. So, to make a long story short, at this point I am dissatisfied.

Had oil change and tire rotation. Job was completed in short time and back on road.

Overall it was very good. I saw what I wanted to buy online. AJ responded and tried to put a deal together. I didn't specifically tell him that I had a trade but I did reference a possible trade. He told me that we had a deal ready even though we never discussed numbers. I backed up and added a trade and never heard from him again. I reached out again once I found a buyer for my car. We found a car and it changed about 3 times during a Saturday just because I got beat to it. He asked if we could do the paperwork the following week since they were busy. I said it would be ok. Then I reached out to do paperwork and he said it would be a few more days because they were busy. At this point I was ready to pull my commitment. Finance manager reaches out and really save the deal. I was a huge lay down and I almost walked due to delays and feeling pushed aside. I do like the car and will actually recommend the dealer.

When I purchase the truck it has a tracking device from the previous owner. I asked that it be remove, they said they will do it at the first oil change. At the oil change I ask and remind them what was said they still didn't remove the device,it's not activated so that shouldn't been a problem. I'm not happy.

A couple of years ago we decided to drive through the used car lot to see what a Traverse looks like, as your lot was always full of cars and we felt sure we would see one. As we drove up and down the rows, a salesman stood among the cars, and as we slowed down he stepped forward to ask if he could be of help to us. Initially I thought for sure it would be an aggressive exchange, and we were just looking, not ready to buy, not sure what we even wanted. Tim Allison was that salesman, he was helpful, not at all aggressive, polite and so personable. We told him we wanted to just see what a Traverse looked like, and next thing we saw was. him pulling up behind us with a beautiful white Traverse 2023 model. He had simply gone and gotten one so we could see it, and there was no pressure from him whatsoever to buy it. Long story short, we bought that car, and it was great. Earlier this year, I called Tim to see if he would contact us if a 2015 to 2019 Toyota Tacoma ever came into the lot, and he said, "well it just so happens we took one in on trade today!" And so we ended up buying that one, trading in the Traverse. This month we decided it was time to retire my 10 year old Equinox, which was the most perfect car ever, to get a new one, so of course we called Tim, and now I have a 2026 beautiful Equinox. Tim is the reason we keep coming back to Peters, because he is always easy to talk with, never pushy and always keeps what we want in a vehicle uppermost in his mind, and does not try to shoehorn us into something we don't want. We absolutely love to work with Tim, which is not an experience I've ever had with car salesmen before. He's fantastic, and I always believe that if he promises something, it will be taken care of to the best of his ability. You have a top salesman in Tim, he's really extraordinary in our book. From Tim, we have been passed onto the Finance Department for each purchase, and Floyd Ainsworth has made every transaction a great experience as well, and we feel we are in good hands with his expertise. He, too, is easy to work with, talk to, and we have enjoyed the time with Floyd. These two men are the reason why we will continue to come back to Peters, along with the great selection of cars that are always on hand to look at and to choose from. Exceptionally well done to both of them, and to Peters for the overall high standard of customer care.

The easiest car buying experience ever.

The dealer got me in an out as quickly as possible under the circumstances they were faced with. I can't afford down time with my vehicle due to my job. This is my lifeline and is needed each and every day. So, time is of the essence. As for GM, I'm not pleased with the situation I was up against. I lost all power driving down the road and had no control of my vehicle when it died. I was in a curve on a two-lane road and couldn't put the truck in neutral to push it out of the way. Very scary situation for to say the least. There has to be a way to move a vehicle out of harm's way. Poor design in my opinion. I am a very loyal GM purchaser with 42 new vehicles behind me. I'm not sure I want to purchase another GM product ever again. I'm not a fan of not being in control of my vehicle. If someone would have hit me, it would have been the driver's fault due to faulty equipment installed. If you wish to speak with me directly, you know how to reach me.

I bought a 2025 colorado on Oct 8. Danny Belew,was very helpful and patient with me. He answered every question I had about the truck,and afterI bought it, he had it washed and filled the gas tank. He spent nearly an hour showing me how to work the electeonics. He even gave a little tour of the facility , showing me the Service Department. Chris Peters was very helpful with Financing and gave clear explanation of extended waranty and finance options. I will be recomending this dealership to family and friends.

Did a great job on my car and very efficient

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The work was finished in a very timely manner. When they were finished, the service tech went over everything they did plus other things they checked out under the hood. Everyone I dealt with very courteous and friendly. We have bought quite a few vehicles from Peters over the years and have always received the same excellent service each time.

Salesman Bryan Serrano was the best!! Very personable and very kind. He did a great job and made us feel important and answered our questions.

Had the front windshield replaced in my pickup truck was there at my appointed time and was signed in for the service and to my surprise it wasn't long that the job was complete in about two hours ; super service no waiting time thanks for the prompt service.

-Service advisor (who was awesome) left the business. -Cannot ever get anyone on the phone when you call for a service. -Website is horrible for trying to book an appointment if you are needing anything other than an oil change. - the problem wasn’t fixed (AC) - Technician didn’t check the basics (was not noted on the paperwork that basics were checked.) basics being refrigerant level check, leak check, compressor operation. -left messages for service manager NO CALL BACK. - had to call our salesman that we bought 3 vehicles from to get help - service had my vehicle 3 weeks for AC problems. I’m very unhappy that I have to bring it back. Was charged $125 for the technician to “relearn” air blender. When the blender did not and still does not exhibit ANY issues. Ie: inconsistent airflow, inconsistent temperature, and lastly the ever popular clicking/ticking/thumping. I feel taken advantage of and ripped off. This experience is enough for me to not purchase another vehicle from Peters

I have bought several vehicles from this dealership and can’t say that every time for service was a great experience. Recently I brought my vehicle in for service and was far from pleased. I feel as if I was lied to as well as blown off. The lie I was told was that they couldn’t re-calibrate my TPM sensors and they had checked my air pressure all the way around and told me that the pressure was correct. The advisor said that they would set me up for another appointment with Peters Elite because I had special sensors in my tires but have yet to be setup for that appointment or have Ben contacted. After being told this I went down the street and got the correct air pressure and sensors reset within a matter of 15 mins after setting at Peters for over an hour and a half just to be lied to and get an oil change with a scheduled appointment.

I was a static. Only wanted me in and out so they could sell another vehicle. Told me I vehicle didn’t have options that it had. Didn’t show me anything about the vehicle

Great experience from beginning to end!

My brakes are squeaking every day. I take it in and the techs say they can't hear it. I tell them exactly how to replicate it. They say they can't replicate. I pick my vehicle up after hours and the brakes squeak immediately. It's embarrassing to have a nice, new car with brakes that are so loud when using them. Peter's had the quickest availability, but I won't be back for service there again.

Just an oil change

Oil change and tire rotation were done in a short period of time. My service advisor Scott was very friendly and helped me with using my GM rewards to pay a portion of the bill.. One comment: when I paid my bill, I had to sign or initial 5 separate paper forms. This seems like a waste of paper. Couldn’t this be done electronically?

My Tahoe had to be towed to Peter’s for a water pump issue that seemed to be pretty serious. They were able to get the repairs done with a quick turnaround. Super nice service man named Scott helped me through the entire repair process. Saw that the oil also needed to be changed and a couple other pending issues he found. My check engine light recently came on after I topped off the gas in my 2013 buick verano with 34000 miles. It has been going off and on but my car Boggs down when taking off. I scheduled an oil change and got there an hour early and they were busy so I was told it would be my 4:20 appt and I would be out by approx 5. The service advisor came out at 5 pm to tell me about my car but didn't offer a solution when asked. Said he didn't know the cause. OK so now they havent even started my oil change. Im there another 30 min.

Brought my Camaro in because it was making a horrendous banging noise with no appt.. They took my car and said it would be a couple of weeks before they could get to it. They fixed the banging noise.

I took my 2024 Trax in for an issue with the ambient light sensor knowing there is a service bulletin (24-NA-001) for a fix involving replacing the sensor. I was told the flashing was "normal". I don't believe they even checked, and I know they did not replace the sensor.

We brought our car in and everything was taking care of, we got it back that day.

I took my car in with engine concerns. They promptly called me once the diagnosis was completed, confirmed repair parts were on hand, and estimated the time I could pick it up. Service was courteous and friendly. Initially, there were two completely different times given on when the car could be examined and repaired. Thankfully, the shorter time frame was the accurate one.

I think that the reason my warranty didn’t cover my metal oil line is the way the invoice was written. My oil cooler line was leaking at the front metal crimp. And service rep wrote and submitted that rubber hose was leaking which was incorrect. The oil was leaking at the metal crimp connection. Of course warranty is not going to cover a rubber hose. Ugh, I’m so frustrated with this metal oil cooler line and GM. Draven should have written my repair invoice correctly. The rubber hose was not leaking you can clearly see from the pictures I took that the metal crimp on the metal line was leaking from factory defect. I can send pictures if I could talk with a manager. I did not read the invoice until I got home with my truck after I paid $1251.89 out of my pocket.

Always done in a timely manner , I usually wait on my oil , filter and tire rotation. Usually about an hour and I have the assurance it has been done and completed by asa certified technician and done the right way.

I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped it off early because it was convenient. They had it finished before my appointment time. It was in it's same condition when I picked it up.

I have purchased cars from James Frank for years and he is always quick to respond and make sure our needs are met. Issac was great quickly setting up OnStar for us, Billy was fantastic recommending custom additions for our new ride. Lastly, Danny let us know they received a car I had been on the hunt for the moment he arrived to work.

Although the service took longer than I expected, the service was complete and comprehensive.
